"Oeil de Perdrix" genoemd, of partrijzenoog, omdat er een fijne grijstoon in de roze kleur zit. Hij is van 88% Chardonnay en 12% Pinot noir gemaakt, een zeer verwikkende en verfrissende champagne, licht van structuur en absoluut niet zwaar! Zeer goed bij kreeft. Serveertemperatuur: 6-9° C. Alc. 12% |
