Grand cru, een dikke vette top Bâtard met een hoog glycerine gehalte. Boterig met fijn nootachtige tinten. Uitzonderlijk bij gepocheerde tarbot, tong of griet, ook bij pasteitjes met ganze of eendelever, zoals foie gras. Serveertemperatuur: 12-14° C. Alc. 13,5% |
