Een vrij donkere rose met een klein paars tintje. Na de gisting wordt de wijn nog 6 maanden in houten foedres gerijpt. De geur is vol,complex heel floraal in combinatie met framboos. De smaak is net als de geur vrij complex met veel fruit en rijpe tanines, mooie zuren en een klein pepertje in de afdronk. Het is een zeer smaakvolle ronde wijn met veel lengte |
